Privacy Policy

This website is run by Ozkarin Global Private Limited ("Ozkarin Global", "we", "us"), a company registered in India, with its office at Sakar-7, 237/2nd Floor, Opp. Patang Hotel, Nehru Bridge Corner, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad 380009. We decide how and why your personal details are used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you send an enquiry through a form on this website:

• your name, email address and mobile number;
• the country or service you are asking about, and your message;
• the page you sent it from, and the date and time.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, or go ahead with an application: whatever you choose to share with us, which may include academic records, test scores, passport details, financial documents and other papers that universities, lenders and visa authorities require.

When you browse the website: our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. We use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• to reply to your enquiry and advise you on courses, universities and visas;
• to prepare and submit applications on your behalf, when you ask us to;
• to keep a record of our conversations with you, so any member of our team can help you;
• to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

By sending an enquiry or your documents, you agree to us using your details for these purposes. We do not use your details for anything else, and we never sell them.

Only with those who need it to help you:

• Universities and colleges you choose to apply to, and the visa or immigration authorities and education-loan providers involved in your application — only with your agreement, for that application.
• Service providers that run our systems for us: email delivery (Resend), email hosting (Microsoft), our enquiry records (Google) and website hosting. They process your details only on our instructions.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers, and the universities you apply to, are outside India, so your details may be processed abroad. We only share what is needed.

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are helping you. If it does not lead to an application, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. Application records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them (for example, for tax and accounting), and then deleted.

Your details are stored with established providers that use encryption and access controls, and only our team can see them. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your details ever happens, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what personal details we hold about you and how we use them;
• correct or update them;
• delete them, where we no longer need to keep them by law;
• stop using them, by withdrawing your consent (this does not affect anything already done, but we may not be able to continue your application);
• let someone you nominate act for you if you are unable to.

Write to info@ozkaringlobal.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us, or to send the enquiry with you. We will only process a minor’s details with the consent of their parent or guardian.

If we change how we use personal details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
